First of all, we would like to inform you that we had some trouble with the private messages sent on the Kickstarter platform. Please excuse us if we didn’t reply yet to your enquiries.

For easier follow-up on your requests, please send us an email at [email protected] with a clear subject including your issue and your order number so we can treat your request as fast as possible. We are trying to reply to all emails in a delay of 4-5 days maximum.

Shipping:

All parcels have been sent but some of them are still on their way to you! Hopefully, you will be able to enjoy your Cirrus shower very soon.

  • Customs: if your parcel is held by customs, please send us an email and we will send you the proforma invoice to give them. If you have to pay custom taxes for clearance, please send us the receipt.
  • Parcels sent with PostNL: we already received several message from you to inform us that the tracking were not working. Actually, all tracking numbers uploaded on Backerkit are correct, but there was a mistake on the tracking url. You can track you parcel here: ➡️postnl.post/tracktrace

Installation:

We already got several feedback from you that there was no installation manual in the box and it sometimes hard to understand and see how to install Cirrus in your shower.

You can find the installation manual on our website to guide you:

Please see below common misunderstanding about installation that lead to some defects with products:

  • The little ‘elbow’ adapter is not intended to be screwed directly on the shower head. It is only for arm water outlet to provide a better angle (please refer to page 5 of the instruction manual)
  • The Cirrus Spa (previous named Core device) needs to be installed directly to the water outlet, so the water is always flowing inside from top to bottom.

Dear Backers,

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Shipping is finally DONE after weeks of struggle with our different delivery partners. We are sorry that the shipping took more time than expected. We were 100% focus on all the logistic issues and finally everything has been shipped! YAY!

The last batch has been sent last week and some of you just received their tracking numbers. Due to the end-of-year holidays and peak season, the delivery services are slower than usual. Some of the tracking numbers are not updated yet (SG Post, NLPost,...) but will be shortly in the coming days. In any case, your pledge are on their way :)

We would like to thank every each one of you for your support all along this year!

We cannot thank you enough for your support without which we could never have develop Cirrus. You have been a source of motivation all along this year, and we always beard in mind to honor the trust you putted in us during the campaign. Again, we are sorry about the delays for delivery, and if it was to redo we would certainly do it differently.

Launching this product was a hectic trip and we had doubts about the ending of this campaign. But, now we have produced and delivered the product to you, and we are very happy with it! We already received some feedback on your new shower experience, and we can't wait to receive more of them!

The beginning of a beautiful adventure...

This is only the beginning and we already working on the next improvements and innovation for Cirrus: new capsules, new products, new colors, improvements on existing products,...

Worldwide Shipping Update

Dear Backers,  

It’s been a very busy week getting more Cirrus orders shipped every day. There have been some adjustments in the shipping timeline, but everyone will receive their orders in a few weeks. 

We are very happy that some lucky ones already received their Cirrus Shower, we would love to hear your feedback about it! Please drop us an email at [email protected] to talk about your Cirrus experience. 

For the others, here is the latest updates about the ongoing worldwide shipping:

  • All backers from the following countries have their products on their way or sent in the coming days: United States, Brazil, France, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Turkey, Israel, Russia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. If you didn't receive your tracking number yet, you will receive it very soon.  
  • For backers from these 7 European countries, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, Finland, Denmark and Sweden, having stricter customs policies, the parcels will be shipped in about 10 days and the delivery will take 1 week. We are doing everything we can to send these orders as soon as possible and to clear all customs for you. 
  • For our Canadian backers, the Canada Post strike lead to lengthy delays for parcels delivery. Now that it's finished, we are doing our best so you can receive your products promptly. 
  • For all the other countries not listed above, the products will be sent next week, and the delivery will take about a week. 
  •  For all the largest orders above 3 Cirrus sets (no matter your country), the parcels will be sent next week, and the delivery will take about a week.

Dear backers,

This is it, we are shipping!

Hundreds of Cirrus Showers are already on the way, and thousands more will be shipped in the next 2 weeks.

  • Cirrus Original and Chrome editions for Backers from Hong Kong, Macau and China are on their way. Black and Champagne editions are following shortly. 
  • We also started to ship Original and Chrome editions to Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Ireland, Portugal, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Black and Champagne editions will follow in the coming days. 
  • We have a packing & sending capacity of up to 1000 products per day. 
  • So finally, all Backers all over the world will receive their Cirrus in the next weeks.

Your tracking number will be available in your Backerkit account, and you will be notified by email after your reward is sent. All tracking numbers are fulfilled manually so it might take a little while, but don't worry your order is [soon] on its way!

We know some of you were asking if we are delivering new customers before you. The answer is No, absolutely not! All Backers will be delivered before anyone else.

Cirrus would not have been possible without your unconditional support and patience all along this journey, and we can't thank you enough for that! We are thrilled to finally delivery Cirrus to you and we can't wait to receive your feedback on your new shower experience!

Locking your shipping address!

Dear Backers,

This is it! We’re finally getting ready to ship!

We almost finish the production, and the products will be ready in our warehouse at the end of the month. Then, we will start handling and shipping by batches straight afterwards.  

We’re currently aiming to start shipping the first rewards in 2 weeks. As we are shipping by batches, some of view might receive their reward before others. So, don’t worry, everyone will finally get its new shower!

We will lock shipping addresses soon. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.

If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://cirrus-shower.backerkit.com.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your rewards, but your shipment may be delayed.

Update on production

Last week, we went to the factory for quality check.
