Gaining Momentum: New Progress On Your Cirrus!

Hello to our wonderful backers and supporters!

We hope you’ve been having a good week, ‘cause we’re about to make it even better.

Since the campaign finished a month ago in a flurry of excitement, we’ve been hard at work taking the next steps. This journey isn’t over yet – in fact, it’s only just begun.

Here’s a quick list of the progress we’ve made this last month…

• Visited the factory in China to ensure quality control and speak with manufacturers

•  Had insightful meetings with our designers and development team in Paris 

• Made a trip to Grasse in the South of France, which specializes in aromatherapy and perfume crafting, to take a first look (and sniff) at the aromatherapy cartridges (and we’re so excited about them!) 

• Finished the end-of-campaign survey setup with Backerkit. You’ll be receiving your own survey by email in the coming days to nail down the specifics of your pledge rewards  

It’s been a busy month! But it doesn’t stop there. We’re also proud to announce that Cirrus will be presented at the MAISON & OBJET Tradeshow in Paris from September 8th to 12th.

This renowned tradeshow focuses on new technology and designs that forecast the future of living. We’re thrilled to be a part of it and we hope to see some of our Parisian supporters there, too!

This last month has been a whirlwind of excitement, humility and creativity. 

We couldn’t be more proud to announce that the Cirrus Kickstarter campaign closes with over 6000% funding and more than 5,300 backers! 

Thanks to this amazing community, families across the world will be able to experience the luxury and water savings of a Cirrus shower. 

Now, we’re focusing hard on the next steps to get Cirrus into the production and distribution phase.

As an added bonus to you, our valued supporters, we’ve included a few more updates to your Cirrus!

Upgrade 1: A special tight mesh filter will be added to the showerhead in order to drastically reduce limestone.

Upgrade 2: The shower holder will now be adjustable to change the orientation of the showerhead.

Upgrade 3: A high-end shower hose crafted in matching colors will be available as an add-on to your purchase. You will be sent a survey soon where you may specify if you’d like to receive this. Please note that Cirrus will still be adaptable to any shower hose and the upgraded hose is not mandatory.

Within 24 hours from the end of the campaign, Kickstarter will collect your pledge and provide you with a helpful FAQ on what happens next. Within 14 days, you will also receive an email survey to collect information for shipping and product add-ons.

We’ve Reached €500K, And That Means A Game-Changing Upgrade For Cirrus!

First off – a huge “thank you” goes out to all of our supporters and believers!

With the help of this amazing community, we’ve hit €500,000 in funding for Cirrus. We’re completely blown away. Thank you!

Now for the big news:

You’ve been voicing your concerns and we’ve been listening. 

Two main things have popped up in conversations with our backers. You want the option to:

   - Save even more water by stopping the mist while you lather

   - Increase water pressure to heat up your shower quicker and feel absolutely sure you’ll be able to rinse hair .

Although we’re confident that you’ll discover how efficiently the pressurized mist can rinse, our main goal is to create the best shower experience possible. And that means listening to you, our valuable early believers.

So, we’ve designed an upgradeable version of the Cirrus showerhead as our 500k stretch goal. For an extra $20USD added to your pledge, you’ll receive a showerhead that comes with 3 settings: Stop Water, Mist, and Rain. A survey at the end of the campaign will validate your selection. 

With the Rain setting, Cirrus will shoot a standard jet of water. Keep in mind that with this setting, you’ll be using 75% more water than the Mist setting. On the other hand, using the Stop function while you lather will result in even less water usage. We’re putting your shower experience – and savings – under your control!

How do I change my pledge?

   - Access your pledge options 
   - Click on “Change your pledge”    - Update your pledge level and/or amount.    - Click “Continue”, then “Confirm”

Thank you so much to all of our backers and believers! Because of your support, we’ve reached the €200,000 mark – wow! We’re absolutely thrilled to have come so far in such a sort period of time.

Since we’ve blown so far past our original funding goal, we’ve decided to add a little extra something to the Cirrus shower-head for our backers.

At no extra cost, you will be able to choose from 3 different colors for your Cirrus! 

At the end of the campaign you’ll receive a survey where you can choose your desired color.
